摘　　要：薛伯寿教授倡导和合思想,其认为人体生病的根本病机是和合失守,调治疾病即是合其不和。对更年期综合征的诊治,薛教授抓住肾气亏虚为本,脏腑阴阳气血失和之基本病机,其临床辨治更年期综合征重视“调”,提倡通过调治恢复体内和合状态。临证善与补法、和法、清法灵活结合而形成调脏补虚、调和肝脾、调和气血、调气清热之法。临证治疗时,以上治法可单用或互相配合,根据治法以选方剂,调脏补虚多选二仙汤、二至丸、酸枣仁汤、百合知母汤、百合地黄汤、甘麦大枣汤、四物汤等方加减或合方应用;调和肝脾、调和气血多选逍遥散、小柴胡汤、四物汤等方加减或合方应用;调气清热多选丹栀逍遥散、栀子豉汤等方加减或合方应用。Professor Xue Boshou advocates thought of harmonization and unification.He believes that fundamental pathogenesis of human diseases is disharmony,emphasizes the correction of disharmonies.For the diagnosis and treatment of climacteric sndrome,Professor Xue grasps the basic pathogenesis of kidney qi deficiency,disharmony of yin,yang,qi,and blood in zang viscera.His clinical differentiation and treatment of climacteric sndrome attaches importance to“regulation”,advocates the restoration of harmony in body through regulation and treatment.In clinical treatment,tonifying method,harmonization method,clearing method can be combined flexibly to form treatment method to regulate zang viscera and tonify deficiency,regulate and harmonize liver and spleen,regulate and harmonize qi and blood,regulae qi and clear heat.In clinical treatment,the above treatment can be used alone or in combination with each other,according to the treatment to choose prescription.For regulating zang viscera and tonifying deficiency,it usually selects modification or combination of Erxian Decoction,Erzhi Pills,Suanzaoren Decoction,Baihe Zhimu Decoction,Baihe Dihuang Decoction,Ganmai Dazao Decoction,Siwu Decoction,etc.Regulating and harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating and harmonizing qi and blood usually choose modification or combination of Xiaoyao Powder,Xiaochaihu Decoction,and Chaihu Siwu Decoction,etc.Regulating qi and clearing heat usually choose modification or combination of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,Zhizichi Decoction,etc.
