摘　　要：为进一步提高流行性感冒规范化、同质化诊疗水平,指导各级医疗机构规范做好医疗救治工作,中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会同国家中医药局组织多学科专家,结合国内外研究成果和我国既往诊疗经验,对原有流行性感冒诊疗方案进行修订,形成了《流行性感冒诊疗方案(2025年版)》。此版诊疗方案进一步完善了发病机制、病理以及临床表现;增加了临床轻型和中型分型,完善了重型和危重型标准;细化了抗病毒治疗原则以及重症病例呼吸、循环等支持治疗措施;对中医辨证治疗进行了优化调整。To further enhance the standardization and homogeneity of influenza diagnosis and treatment,and to guide medical institutions at all levels in standardizing medical care,the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China,in collaboration with the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has organized multidisciplinary experts to revise the existing diagnosis and treatment protocol of influenza combining both domestic and international research findings as well as previous diagnosis and treatment experiences in China,resulting in the formulation of Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol of Influenza(2025 Edition).This edition of diagnosis and treatment protocol primarily includes the following revisions and improvements:further refinement of the pathogenesis,pathology and clinical manifestations,addition of clinical classifications for mild and moderate cases,refinement of the criteria for severe and critical cases,refinement of antiviral treatment principles and supportive measures such as respiratory and circulatory treatments for severe cases,and adjustments and optimizations for syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
