摘　　要：为指导直接口服抗凝药物(DOACs)的合理用药,加拿大《2023 BC指南:直接口服抗凝药物》(以下简称《BC指南》)为年龄≥19岁的成年人在以下适应症使用DOACs提供了建议,包括:预防非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)卒中和体循环栓塞;血流动力学稳定的静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的治疗;合并或不合并外周动脉疾病(PAD)的稳定性冠状动脉疾病(CAD)患者中预防动脉血管事件。本文对《BC指南》的内容进行解读,并与2024年我国发布的《直接口服抗凝药合理用药和处方质量评价药学建议》进行对比,以期指导DOACs的合理用药。In order to guide the rational use of direct oral anticoagulants(DOACs),2023 BC Guidelines:Direct Oral Anticoagulants(referred to as BC guidelines)by Canada provide recommendations for the use of DOACs in adults aged≥19 years for the following indications,including:prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF);treatment of venous thromboembolism(VTE)with stable hemodynamics;prevention of arterial vascular events in patients with stable coronary artery disease(CAD),with or without peripheral arterial disease(PAD).This article provides an interpretation of the BC guidelines and compares them with the Pharmaceutical Recommendation on Rational Use and Prescription Quality Evaluation of Direct Oral Anticoagulants issued in China in 2024,aiming to guide the rational use of DOACs.
