桃仁膝康丸联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对膝骨关节炎的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨桃仁膝康丸联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:选取2022年3月1日~2024年3月31日期间某院收治的90例KOA患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组患者给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用桃仁膝康丸,两组均治疗4周。比较两组中医证候积分、膝关节功能、膝关节活动度、炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-17(IL-17)]、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者主症积分、次症积分、疼痛、僵硬及关节功能评分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节活动度均提高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者IL-6、TNF-α和IL-17水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量评分均提高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:桃仁膝康丸联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗KOA患者临床疗效较佳,可有效减轻临床症状,改善膝关节功能,减轻炎症反应,提高生活质量,且不会增加不良反应的发生风险。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 90 KOA patients treated in a hospital from March 1,2022 to March 31,2024 were selected and assigned to the control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsules,and the study group was treated with Taoren Xikang pills in addition to the treatment given in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,knee joint function,knee joint range of motion,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17)],quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,pain,stiffness and joint function were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The knee joint range of motion was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-17 were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life was increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taoren Xikang pills combined with glucosamine sulfate capsules in the treatment of KOA patients shows better clinical efficacy,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,improving knee joint function,reducing inflammatory response,improving quality of life,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
