摘  要:目的:通过临床药师对新生儿军团菌肺炎实施药学服务的过程,探讨临床药师参与新生儿军团菌肺炎治疗的作用。方法:回顾性分析临床药师参与1例新生儿军团菌肺炎抗感染治疗的案例,协助临床医生制订和完善治疗方案,并对患儿进行个体化用药监护和用药宣教,从而保障药效及降低药品不良反应的发生。结果:临床药师利用专业知识,查阅文献,结合患儿临床表现,调整抗感染治疗方案,治疗后患儿顺利出院。结论:临床药师参与新生儿军团菌肺炎抗感染治疗方案,对药品不良反应、预防并发症等方面进行药学监护,为临床合理用药提供参考。Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of neonatal legionella pneumonia through the process of pharmaceutical care implemented by clinical pharmacists in neonatal legionella pneumonia.Methods:Retrospective analysis of cases where clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infective therapy of one case of neonatal legionella pneumonia,assisting the clinical physician in formulating and optimizing the treatment regimen,and providing individualized medication monitoring and education for the patient to ensure drug efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was conducted.Results:Clinical pharmacists adjusted the anti-infective treatment regimen and monitored the adverse reactions of liver injury by using the professional knowledge,consulting the literature and combining the clinical manifestations of the patients,and allowing the patients to be discharged smoothly after treatment.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infective treatment regimen for neonatal legionella pneumonia,providing pharmaceutical care in areas such as monitoring adverse drug reactions and preventing complications,thereby providing reference for the rational use of medication in clinical practice.
