基于健康行为互动模式的护理对膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术患者依从性和并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术患者应用基于健康行为互动模式的护理对其依从性及并发症的影响。方法选取晋江市医院2021年1月至2024年1月收治的150例膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)与试验组(75例)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上采用基于健康行为互动模式的护理。比较两组患者的依从性、并发症发生情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分以及护理满意度。结果试验组的总依从性高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后的SAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康行为互动模式有助于提高膝关节交叉韧带损伤关节镜手术患者的依从性,从而降低手术并发症的发生风险,对于患者心理状态和生活质量的改善也具有积极的影响,可提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on the interactive model of healthy behavior on the compliance and complications of patients with arthroscopic surgery for cruciate ligament injury of the knee.Methods A total of 150 patients with arthroscopic surgery for cruciate ligament injury of the knee who were admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(75 cases)and experimental group(75 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received nursing based on the interactive model of healthy behavior on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,complications,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on healthy behavior interaction mode,it helps to improve the compliance of patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery for knee cruciate ligament injury,thereby reducing the risk of surgical complications.It also has a positive impact on the improvement of patients'psychological state and quality of life,and can enhance their nursing satisfaction.
