渐进式康复护理联合营养膳食干预在老年股骨颈骨折术后康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析渐进式康复护理联合营养膳食干预在老年股骨颈骨折术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的80例老年股骨颈骨折手术患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机数字表法分为对照组与渐进组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复护理方法,渐进组采用渐进式康复护理联合营养膳食干预方法。比较两组患者的康复管理配合依从率、护理干预前后的髋关节功能、整体营养状况评定量表评分,并在两组患者出院时,采用护理满意度评价量表进行问卷调查。结果渐进组康复管理配合依从率、对康复管理的满意度评价高于对照组,护理后的Harris评分高于对照组,整体营养状况评定量表(PG-SGA)评分低于对照组,出院时纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渐进式康复护理联合营养膳食干预用于老年股骨颈骨折手术患者的术后康复中,可有效提高患者的康复管理配合依从率,并加快患者康复与改善患者营养状态,且取得较高康复管理的满意度评价。Objective To analyze the application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional dietary intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery treated in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and progressive group according to computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the progressive group received progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional dietary intervention.The rate of compliance with rehabilitation management,hip function before and after nursing intervention,and overall nutritional status rating scale scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the nursing satisfaction rating scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey when the two groups of patients were discharged.Results The compliance rate and satisfaction with rehabilitation management of progressive group were higher than those of the control group,the Harris score after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score was lower than that of the control group,and the Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)score at discharge was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional dietary intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery can effectively improve the compliance rate of patients with rehabilitation management,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and improve the nutritional status of patients,and obtain a higher degree of satisfaction evaluation of rehabilitation management.
