国医大师吕仁和教授“六对论治”糖尿病肾病经验

摘　　要：国医大师吕仁和教授凭借丰富的临床实践经验,以中医“整体观”和“辨证论治”的总体思想为基,结合现代医学对糖尿病肾病的认识,最终总结和创立了“六对论治”的治疗思想和方法。具体包括对症论治、对症辨证论治、对症辨病与辨证论治、对病论治、对病辨证论治、对病分期辨证论治。本文将阐述吕仁和教授运用六对论治法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床经验。With rich clinical practice experience,Professor Lv Renhe,a master of Chinese medicine,based on the general ideas of“Holistic concept”and“syndrome differentiation and treatment”of Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding of Diabetic Kidney Disease in modern medicine,finally summarised and created the“Six Ways of Diagnosis and Treatments”treatment ideas and methods.The theory specifically includes syndrome differentiation,symptom differentiation,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation combined,disease treatment,disease syndrome differentiation,disease stage syndrome differentiation.In this review,we will describe the clinical experience of Professor Lu Renhe in the treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease using the Six Pairs Approach.
