摘　　要：总结舒仪琼教授运用疏肝化痰散瘀法分期论治甲状腺结节的临床经验。认为甲状腺结节核心病机为肝郁痰凝血瘀,宜分期论治、肝脾肾同调,强调以疏肝化痰散瘀法贯穿始终。早期以疏肝理气,解郁化火为主,常用逍遥散加减;中期以理气化痰,消瘀散结为主,常用自拟化痰散瘀方等;后期以培补肝脾肾为主,根据不同证型辨证施治。治疗全程谨守病机,灵活用药,为甲状腺结节中医辨治提供思路。This review summarized Dr.Shu Yiqiong's clinical experience in treating thyroid nodules in stages using the method of soothing the liver,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis.Dr.Shu believes that the core pathogenesis of thyroid nodules is liver depression,phlegm accumulation and blood stasis,which should be treated in stages and coordinated with the liver,spleen and kidney.She emphasizes the method of soothing the liver,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis throughout.In the early stage,the treatment is mainly to soothe the liver and regulate qi,relieve depression and resolve fire,and Xiaoyao Powder is often used with modifications;in the middle stage,the treatment is mainly to regulate qi and resolve phlegm,eliminate blood stasis and disperse stagnation,and self-made Huatan Sanyu Decoction are often used;in the late stage,the treatment is mainly to nourish the liver,spleen and kidney,and the treatment is based on different syndromes.The pathogenesis is strictly followed throughout the treatment,and the medication is used flexibly,which can provide ideas for the TCM treatment of thyroid nodules.
