摘　　要：介绍邱玲针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛临床经验。邱玲教授认为带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的基本病机为“不通则痛,不荣则痛”,经络病机为“络脉不通”,治疗关键是活络。形成“深刺夹脊通经气,带状浅刺取皮气,重灸阿是温经脉,电针止痛效增强,配穴灵活顾心神”的治疗方法,标本兼治,疗效显著。The review presents Qiu Ling's clinical experience in the treatment of postherpetic sequel of intercostal neuralgia using acupuncture and moxibustion.Professor Qiu Ling posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of postherpetic sequela of intercostal neuralgia is“Bu Tong Ze Tong,Bu Rong Ze Tong”,with meridianesis being“laterals Obstruction”.The disease is located in the collaterals and the key treatment lies in smoothing these collaterals.The concept of“Acupuncture Jiaji deeply smooths the channel qi,acupuncture shallowly along the long strip stimulates skin qi,electroacupuncture enhances the analgesic effect,flexibly match points and take care of the mind”addresses both symptoms and root causes,resulting in remarkable effects.
