从“少阳为枢”探讨Graves病的辨治思路

摘　　要：Graves病(GD)是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中最常见的类型,其发病率高,预后不良,中医药在GD的治疗中具有显著优势。“少阳为枢”理论已被用于指导多种疾病治疗,亦可用于论治GD。文章以“少阳为枢”切入探讨GD的病机与论治,认为枢机不利是GD的关键病机,少阳火化、浊化、风鼓、气郁是其主要发展方向,并提出了以调畅枢机为核心的相应治法,附验案一则,旨在为中医辨治GD提供新的思路。Gravesdisease is the most common type of autoimmune thyroid disease,with a high incidence and poor prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of GD.The theory of Shaoyang as pivot has been used to guide the treatment of many diseases and can also be used to treat GD.This review discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of GD by taking Shaoyang as the pivot-point,and believes that the unfavorable condition of the pivot-point is the key pathogenesis of GD,and the fire-oriented,turbidness-oriented,wind hitting and qi depression are the main development direction of the disease.It also puts forward the corresponding treatment with the core of Tiaochang pivot-point,and presents an experimental case,aiming at providing new ideas for the differentiation and treatment of GD by traditional Chinese medicine.
