太极拳对早期帕金森患者运动症状及血清IL-1β的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察太极拳运动对早期帕金森(PD)患者运动平衡功能及白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法:将招募的62例受试者分成对照组(PD基础治疗,n=30)、试验组(PD基础治疗+太极拳运动,n=32)。试验组进行3次/周,60min/次,为期12周的24式简式太极拳运动训练。所有受试者分别于太极拳运动前、12周太极拳运动后检测心率、血氧饱和度,同时运用帕金森病统一评分量表第3部分量表(UPDRS-III)、Berg平衡评分量表(BBS)、起立-行走计时测定(TUGT)、6min步行距离测试(6MWT)、跌倒功效量表(FES)评估患者的运动及平衡能力、跌倒风险,采用Elisa法检测PD患者血清IL-1β水平。结果:与对照组相比,试验组在TUGT、FES评分(P<0.01)和BBS评分、IL-1β水平(P<0.05)的改善上均有统计学意义。结论:太极拳运动可有效改善早期PD患者的平衡能力,降低跌倒风险,减少血清IL-1β的分泌,改善PD患者体内的炎症状态。Objective:This study aimed to observe the effect of Tai Chi exercise on motor balance function and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)level in patients with early parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:62subjects were recruited and divided into control group(PD basic therapy,n=30)and treatment group(PD basic therapy+Tai Chi exercise,n=32).In the treatment group,24-style simple Tai Chi exercise training was conducted 3times/week,60min/time for 12weeks.Heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were measured before Tai Ji Chuan exercise and after Tai Ji Chuan exercise for 12weeks.At the same time,Parkinson's Disease Unified Rating Scale Part 3(UPDRS-III),Berg Balance Rating Scale(BBS),Standing-Walking Timing Measurement(TUGT),6-minute Walking Distance Test(6MWT)and Fall Efficacy Scale(FES)were used to evaluate the patients'motor and balance ability and the risk of falling,IL-1βlevel in the serum of PD patients was detected by Elisa.Results:Compared with the control group,the improvement of TUGT,FES score(P<0.01),BBS score and IL-1βlevel(P<0.05)in the treatment group was statistically significant.Conclusion:12weeks of Tai Chi exercise can effectively improve the balance ability of early PD patients,reduce the risk of falling and the secretion of serum IL-1β,and improve the inflammatory state in PD patients.
