文氏经验方瓜蒲通络汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察文氏经验方瓜蒲通络汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法:将86例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者随机分为治疗组42例,脱失1例;对照组41例,脱失2例,对比分析疗效。结果:治疗组临床症状改善情况及临床疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:文氏经验方瓜蒲通络汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎能显著提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Guaputongluo decoction on acute mastitis during lactation.Methods:86patients with lactation acute mastitis were randomly divided into treatment group(42cases,1case lost)and control group(41cases,2cases lost),and the therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guaputongluo decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acute mastitis during lactation,which is comparable to antibiotics.
