扶阳解毒颗粒对HIV感染者免疫细胞及炎症因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察扶阳解毒颗粒对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者免疫细胞及炎症因子的影响。方法:纳入104例患者随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(52例),治疗组给予扶阳解毒颗粒^(+)高效抗反转录病毒治疗,对照组给予扶阳解毒颗粒模拟剂^(+)高效抗反转录病毒治疗,疗程48周,观察两组患者治疗前、48周后HIV患者病毒载量、免疫细胞及炎症因子的变化情况。结果:治疗48周,试验组CD8^(+)T细胞显著下降,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、IL-17、TNF-α、IFN-γ明显上升,差异有统计学意义;对照组IL-17、IFN-γ明显上升,差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,试验组IL-17明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,试验组HIV病毒载量与CD4^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值呈负相关,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值与TNF-α呈正相关,与CD8^(+)T细胞呈负相关,IL-4与IL-17、TNF-α、IFN-γ呈正相关(P<0.05)。对照组HIV病毒载量与CD4^(+)T细胞、CD4/CD8比值呈负相关,CD4^(+)T细胞与CD8^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值、NK细胞呈正相关,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值与IL-4、TNF-α呈正相关;IL-4与IL-17、TNF-α、IFN-γ呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯HAART相比,扶阳解毒颗粒联合HAART对HIV感染者的免疫调节作用更好,且呈现多靶点的特点。Objective:To observe the effect of Fuyang Jiedu Granule on immune cells and inflammatory factors in AIDS infected people.Method:104 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(52 cases)and a control group(52 cases).The treatment group was treated with Fuyang Jiedu Granules^(+)high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy,while the control group was treated with Fuyang Jiedu Granules mimetic agent^(+)high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy for 48 weeks.The changes in virus load,immune cells,and inflammatory factors in HIV patients before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Result:After 48 weeks of treatment,the experimental group showed a significant decrease in CD8^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,IL-17,and TNF-α,TFN-γsignificantly increased,with statistically significant differences;control group IL-17,IFN-γsignificantly increased,with statistically significant differences;compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant increase in IL-17,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the HIV viral load in the experimental group was negatively correlated with CD4^(+)T cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,while the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio was negatively correlated with TNF-αpositive correlation,negative correlation with CD8^(+)T cells,IL-4with IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ,there is a positive correlation(P<0.05).The HIV viral load in the control group was negatively correlated with CD4^(+)T cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,while CD4^(+)T cells were positively correlated with CD8^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,and NK cells.The CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio was also positively correlated with IL-4 and TNF-αpositively correlated;IL-4 and IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ,there is a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with HAART alone,the combination of Fuyang Jiedu Granules and HAART has a better immune regulatory effect on HIV infected individuals,and exhibits multi-target characteristics.
