摘　　要：未分化结缔组织病常累及关节、皮肤、肺、心、肾、神经中枢及血液系统,而以假性肠梗阻为首发症状的情况则甚为罕见,临床上易出现误诊误治。本文回顾了1例以假性肠梗阻为首发症状的未分化结缔组织病患者的中西医结合诊疗经过,以期为UCTD并发IPO的中西医结合治疗提供一定参考。Undifferentiated connective tissue disease often involves joints,skin,lungs,heart,kidneys,central nervous system and blood system,while undifferentiated connective tissue disease with intestinal pseudo-obstruction as the first symptom is relatively rare and is often misdiagnosed and missed.This case reported a typical case of undifferentiated connective tissue disease with intestinal pseudo-obstruction as the first symptom,and the diagnosis and treatment of undifferentiated connective tissue disease were summarized through case,in order to improve some references for the disease.
