摘　　要：全球智识界长期受困于西方中心主义式的中国观,西方一直将中国视为世界文明谱系中异质性的“他者”,中国自秦汉以来所形成的“中学西传”的文化传播及文明互鉴被强劲的“欧风美雨”所遮蔽。当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,如何在全球文明视野下建构多维度的“东学西渐”话语体系是传播中华优秀传统文化、向世界讲好中国故事的重要参照和支撑维度,同时也是反观中国文化本体、通过多维度宏观把握中华智慧对世界文明的建构性话语的重要途径。在习近平总书记提出的“全球文明倡议”精神的指引下,对这一命题的探讨无疑具有重要的文化战略意义。The Western-centric perspective on China has long placed limitations on global intellectual community.China has long been seen by the West as an outsider in the global civilizational genealogy.The transmission of Chinese culture to the West, which had begun in the Qin and Han dynasties, was overshadowed by the Western world. Nowadays, the world is undergoing great changes for the first time in a century.To promote China's wonderful traditional culture and effectively tell the Chinese story to the world, it is crucial to understand how to create a multifaceted discourse system of “Eastern Studies Introduced to the West” within the framework of global civilization.In the meantime, it is also a significant method of capturing the spirit of Chinese culture and macroscopically appreciating the significance of Chinese knowledge in the multifaceted development of global civilization. Guided by the spirit of the “Global Civilization Initiative”proposed by President Xi Jinping, the exploration of this proposition undoubtedly carries important cultural and strategic significance.
