摘 要:驱动刀盘用减速机是竖井掘进机上经常损坏的核心传动部件,其具有密封可靠、承载能力高等特点,目前主要以进口为主,因此其国产化显得尤为重要。为了解决上述问题,对一种竖井掘进机用减速机(1400型减速机)进行了设计分析及试验研究。首先,根据驱动刀盘的空间大小和结构特点,确定了减速机的结构为NGW型行星减速机,接着分析了其组成部件和工作原理,根据减速机的使用工况参数,通过计算得到了减速机内部齿轮参数及强度大小;然后,利用Abaqus软件进行了力学性能仿真分析,完成了对减速机中行星架、齿圈等关键零部件的强度分析,并完成了对减速机总体变形位移的有限元分析,接着对减速机的密封进行了结构设计;最后,制造出样机并在试验台上对其进行了试验验证,试验内容包括传动效率、最大输出扭矩、热平衡温度以及密封。研究结果表明:新开发的1400型减速机的传动效率随着输入功率的增加而增加,最终维持在94%;减速机在最大输入扭矩为1360 N·m,输入转速为1204.5 r/min下长时间运转,拆开减速机后各零部件完好无损;减速机在工作过程中,热平衡温度随减速机输入功率的增加而增加;减速机在泥浆环境下运转8 h,内部压力最高0.2 bar,没有出现漏油现象;减速机符合设计预期目标。The drive disc reducer on vertical shaft boring machine is a core transmission component that often suffers damage.It demands reliable sealing and high load-bearing capacity.Predominantly imported,the localization of this reducer is particularly significant.In order to solve the above problems,a kind of shaft boring machine reducer(1400 reducer)was designed,analyzed and tested.Firstly,the structure of the reducer was determined to be a NGW-type planetary gear reducer,based on the spatial dimensions and structural characteristics of the drive disc.Its component parts and working principles were then analyzed.The internal gear parameters and strength were obtained using the operating conditions of the reducer.Subsequently,mechanical performance simulation analysis was performed by using Abaqus software,it included strength analysis of critical components such as the planetary frame and tooth ring,and finite element analysis of the overall deformation and displacement of the reducer.The sealing structure of the reducer was designed next.Finally,a prototype was manufactured and tested on a test bench,with tests including transmission efficiency,maximum output torque,thermal balance temperature,and sealing.The research results indicate that the transmission efficiency of the newly developed 1400-type reducer increases with the increase of input power,ultimately maintained at 94%.The gearbox has a maximum input torque of 1360 N·m,long term operation at an input speed of 1204.5 r/min,after disassembling the gearbox,all components are intact and undamaged.The reducer operates during the working process,the thermal equilibrium temperature increases with the increase of input power of the reducer.The reducer runs for 8 h in a mud environment,internal pressure up to 0.2 bar.There is no oil leakage.The reducer meets the expected design goals.
