摘 要:针对强化采油(EOR)中往复式高压密相CO_(2)泵效率低的问题,以试验数据为基础,对泵的效能指标及各项损失进行了算法推导与计算分析,并提出了改善建议。首先,以不同进口温度和压力,分9种工况,对泵开展了实地试验;然后,用熵分析法对试验数据进行了处理,计算了介质压缩率,针对介质的高可压缩性,引进了指示容积效率,研究了泵的容积效率及各项容积损失;接着,修正了指示功率与有效功率的算法以及提出了热功率算法,研究了泵的功效及各项功率损失,并比较了修正算法与标准算法的差距;最后,从5个方面给出了提高产品容积效率与功效的设计建议。研究结果表明:在试验工况下,介质压缩率平均为0.36%MPa^(-1);泵容积效率平均为86%,容积损失中压缩占9%,泄漏占5%;泵功效平均为71%,功率损失中机械功耗为24%,热功耗为5%;修正算法比标准算法得出的功效值低,最大相差3.1%;通过修正与提出相关算法,其可为产品改进及应用提供理论依据。Aiming at the problem of low efficiencies of high-pressure reciprocating pump for dense phase CO_(2) used in enhanced oil recovery(EOR),based on test data,performance indexes on efficiencies and losses of the pump were studied by means of theoretical deduction and calculation,and suggestions for improvement were put forward.Firstly,the pump was field-tested at 9 inlet conditions of different temperatures and pressures.Secondly,the test data was processed based on entropy analysis.The medium compressibility was calculated.With regard to the high compressibility of the medium,index of pump indicated volumetric efficiency was introduced into calculation,based on it,volumetric efficiency and volumetric losses were studied.Then,standard equations to calculate the pump indicated power and effective power were modified and equation to calculate heat power was proposed,based on it,the pump work efficiency and work losses were studied.Powers resulted from the modified equations and that resulted from standard ones were compared.Finally,suggestions in 5 ways to promote pump performance were given.The research results show that,under test conditions in average,the medium compressibility is 0.36%MPa^(-1).The pump volumetric efficiency is 86%where the volumetric loss from compression accounts for 9%and that from leakage accounts for 5%.The work efficiency is 71%with mechanical work loss accounting for 24%and thermal work loss accounting for 5%.The work efficiency resulted from modified equation is lower than that resulted from standard one where the maximum discrepancy is 3.1%.The equations modified and proposed can provide a theoretical basis for product improvement and application.
