摘  要:针对起旋器叶片数对旋进旋涡流量计内部流动和测量特性影响的问题,进行了不同起旋器叶片数对旋进旋涡流量计性能影响的数值研究。首先,以6叶片起旋器为原始模型,通过扩大流道面积,设计了3叶片、2叶片和1叶片起旋器;然后,采用雷诺时均法(RANS)结合重整化群(RNG)k-ε模型进行了三维非定常数值模拟,研究了各工况下的速度分布、压力脉动、旋涡进动等内流特征;最后,采用音速喷嘴气体流量标准装置进行了标定实验,研究了不同起旋器叶片数下旋进旋涡流量计的仪表系数和测量压损等外特性。研究结果表明:不同起旋器叶片数下旋进旋涡流量计内的基本流动特征相似,叶片数越多,不同区域流场差异越明显,叶片数的减少会导致旋涡进动强度的下降以及流量系数和测量压损的减小,进而对测量准确性产生影响。研究结果为旋进涡流量计的优化设计提供了理论依据和实验支撑。In order to address the issue of how the number of rotor blades affects the internal flow and measurement characteristics of a precession vortex flowmeter,a comprehensive numerical study and experimental investigation were carried out.Firstly,three different types of swirlers were meticulously designed by expanding the flow channel area based on an original model with six blades.The designed swirlers included one with three blades,one with two blades,and another with a single blade.Then,a three-dimensional unsteady numerical simulation was implemented using the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)method combined with the renormalization group(RNG)k-εmodel to investigate the internal flow characteristics such as velocity distribution,pressure pulsation,and vortex precession under various operating conditions.Finally,a calibration experiment was conducted using a sonic nozzle gas flow standard device to examine the external characteristics of the precession vortex flowmeter for different numbers of blades,including instrument coefficient and measured pressure loss.The research results demonstrate that although there are certain similarities in flow characteristics among different numbers of blades in the vortex precession flowmeter,the variations become more prominent as the blade count decreases.Specifically,the reduction in the number of blades will lead to a decrease in the intensity of vortex precession,as well as a reduction in the flow coefficient and measurement pressure loss,thereby affecting the measurement accuracy.The research provides a theoretical basis and experimental support for the optimized design of the precession vortex flowmeter.
