摘　　要：在全面贯彻中国共产党二十大精神的开局之年,也是新的《妇女权益保障法》实施开启之际,为进一步推动妇女权益保障的研究与实践,第七届中德性别平等与发展研讨会在北京举办。会议围绕“权益保障与妇女发展”的主题,具体就妇女劳动与社会保障权益保障、妇女政治权利保障、妇女婚姻家庭权益保障等领域,研讨了社会变迁与妇女权益保障的关系、国际文书对妇女权益保障的作用和中德奥各国的实践路径策略,为共建共享更加美好的世界和推进新时代妇女事业发展提供智力支持和行动指南。In the inaugural year of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and coinciding with the implementation of the new"Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests",the 7th Sino-German Gender Equality and Development Seminar was held in Beijing to further promote research and practice in the protection of women's rights.Under the theme of"Rights Protection and Women's Development",the conference discussed the relationship between social change and the protection of women's rights,the role of international documents in this protection,and the practical strategies of Germany,China,and Austria in areas such as women's labor and social security rights,women's political rights,and women's rights in marriage and family.The seminar aimed to provide intellectual support and action guidelines for building a better world and advancing women's causes in the new era.
