摘 要:随着生活性服务业成为新生代女性农民工融入城市的重要领域,如何培养她们成为技能型服务业人才,已成为推动生活服务业高质量发展及劳动者共享改革成果的关键议题。本文以社会组织开展的一个就业支持项目为例,从女性主义政治经济学视角出发,将服务工作技能形成的视角从工作领域扩展至生活领域,并从个人视角延伸至结构视角,探讨生活技能培训赋权服务业女性的机制及其局限。研究发现,生活技能培训通过以下三种微观机制赋权服务业女性:建构技术技能的关系基础、增强劳动自主性与生活掌控感、形成女性同业互助网络。这些机制促使生活技能与技术技能协同作用,并延续至培训之外的劳动与生活场景,为构建服务业女性的体面工作与美好生活提供了实践路径。本文肯定了多元化技能供给主体及协作的积极意义,但也反思了当前技能培训中缺乏制度化赋权机制的问题,指出这一局限可能削弱服务业女性技能发展的长期成效。As the life service sector becomes a key avenue for young female migrant workers to integrate into urban life,the question of how to cultivate them into skilled professionals has become a crucial issue for promoting the high-quality development of the industry and ensuring that workers share in the benefits of reform.This article uses an employment support program implemented by a social organization as a case study,adopting a feminist political economy perspective to broaden the analysis of skill formation in service work from the workplace to broader life contexts and from individual to structural dimensions.The study identifies three micro-level mechanisms through which life skills training empowers women in the service sector:building relational foundations for technical skill development,enhancing labor autonomy and life agency,and fostering peer support networks among women.These mechanisms facilitate the synergy between life skills and technical skills,extending their impact beyond the training context into work and everyday life.This paper provides a practical pathway for promoting decent work and a fulfilling life for service industry workers while affirming the positive role of diverse skill providers and their collaborative efforts.However,it also critiques the lack of institutionalized empowerment mechanisms in current training programs,highlighting how this gap may undermine the long-term sustainability of skill development for women in the service sector.
