从禁忌到劳动保护:20世纪50年代上海女工的经期保护

摘　　要：月经是生育期妇女的生理现象,却常被人们视为禁忌。20世纪50年代,妇女广泛参与社会生产,对她们开展包括经期保护在内的劳动保护非常重要。中国共产党从革命年代就重视女工福利和权益,提出了许多有益的主张,新中国成立后,则将诸多主张转化为执政行为,从法规制定和制度规范上予以落实和实践。具体到经期保护,在女工集聚的上海,主要从三个方面来推进:其一,建立经期清洁身体的女工卫生室;其二,移风易俗,宣传推广月经带的晾晒与改良;其三,实行在管理中保护女工身体的月经卡制度。这些措施既有利于女工身体健康,又降低了缺勤率,更让广大女工切身感受到新中国在中国共产党的领导下对妇女劳动保护的高度重视。Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon of fertile women,but it is often regarded as taboo.In the 1950s,women were widely involved in social production,and it was very important for them to carry out labor protection,including menstrual protection.Since the new democratic revolution period,the CPC had attached importance to the welfare and rights of female workers and put forward many useful propositions.After the founding of the P.R.China,many propositions have been transformed into governing behaviors and implemented and practiced in the formulation of laws and regulations and institutional norms.Specific to the protection of menstruation,in Shanghai,where female workers gather together,it was mainly promoted from three aspects:first,the establishment of female workers'health room for cleaning the body during menstruation;second,changing customs,promoting the drying and improvement of menstrual belts;third,implement the menstrual card system to protect the body of female workers in management.These measures not only benefited the health of women workers,but also reduced the absenteeism rate,and let the majority of women workers personally feel that the P.R.China under the leadership of the CPC attaches great importance to women's labor protection.
