摘 要:诺如病毒(NoV)是引发人类急性胃肠炎的主要病原体之一,造成极大的社会和经济负担。因此,开发一种安全且高效的疫苗是预防和控制NoV疫情的关键。尽管目前NoV疫苗研发面临着病毒快速变异和培养系统缺乏等挑战,近年来已有多个候选疫苗进入临床试验阶段。本文综述了基于病毒样颗粒(VLP)、重组腺病毒载体和mRNA技术的处于临床试验阶段NoV疫苗的研究进展,分析各类疫苗的优势与局限性,旨在为未来NoV疫苗开发提供理论依据和实践参考,进一步推动公共卫生领域的创新与发展。Norovirus(NoV)is one of the major pathogens responsible for acute gastroenteritis in humans,leading to significant social and economic burdens.Therefore,the development of a safe and effective vaccine is essential to prevent and control NoV outbreaks.Despite the challenges posed by the virus's rapid mutation and the lack of suitable culture systems for its growth,several vaccine candidates have recently entered clinical trials.This paper reviews the research progress of NoV vaccines currently in clinical trials,including those based on virus-like particles(VLPs),recombinant adenoviral vectors,and mRNA technology.It analyzes the advantages and limitations of each type of vaccine,with the aiming to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for future NoV vaccine development,thereby promoting innovation and progress in public health.
