“全龄化”视角下社区消极空间景观微更新路径探析

摘　　要：社区户外空间中存在的消极空间包含社区户外消极空间的类型、特点、成因和潜力。“全龄化”视角下景观微更新有五大原则:以人为本与安全性、空间多功能与灵活性、无障碍通行与可达性、低维护与可持续性,文化认同与参与性,这些原则指导微更新形成新的策略和实施路径,构建多功能空间设计与实施、社区景观互动设施与元素创新等策略,增强社区的凝聚力和文化传承。This article,focusing on the negative space issues in community outdoor spaces,analyzes the types,characteristics,causes,and potential of negative outdoor spaces in communities.Five principles of landscape micro renewal from the perspective of“full age”go as the following:people-oriented and safety,spatial multifunctionality and flexibility,barrier free access and accessibility,low maintenance and sustainability,cultural identity and participation.These principles can guide the strategies and paths of implementating micro renewal,like taking multi-functional space design and implementation,innovating community landscape interactive facilities and elements,in order to enhance community cohesion and cultural heritage.
