摘 要:英语词汇学作为语言学的分支之一,是一门理论性较强、跨学科特点鲜明的学科,然而大多数学生语言能力相对薄弱,逻辑概括能力欠缺,这就使教学开展存在一定难度。通过分析多模态教学的特点,结合英语词汇教学中存在的问题,从多模态教学模式的角度系统化教学设计,利用多模态教学手段丰富英语词汇教学内容、提高学生学习兴趣和跨文化交际能力的方法,有助于培养学生词汇习得的策略,该模式能够有效提升英语词汇教学的效果,帮助学生更好地理解和记忆词汇,提升英语教学效果。English lexicology,as a branch of linguistics,is a discipline with strong theoretical characteristics and distinct interdisciplinary features.However,there are some diffi culties in teaching practice due to the fact that most students have relatively weak language skills and lack logical summarization abilities.By analyzing the characteristics of multi-modal teaching and the problems existing in the teaching of English vocabulary,this paper attempts to systematize the teaching design from the perspective of multi-modal teaching model.It is found that the adoption of multi-modal teaching mode can enrich the content of English vocabulary teaching,improve students’learning interest and cross-cultural communication ability,contribute to developing students’vocabulary acquisition strategies.To this regard,this model can eff ectively improve the eff ect of English vocabulary teaching,help students better understand and remember vocabulary,and improve the eff ect of English teaching.
