摘  要:随着科技发展,人工智能技术被个体和组织广泛采纳的相关研究逐渐受到学者的关注。采用元分析方法,以国内外2015年至2024年共10年的113个独立样本作为研究对象,系统梳理和归纳个体与组织人工智能技术采纳的影响因素及其效用。结果表明:技术接受模型(TAM)和技术接受与使用统一理论模型(UTAUT)常用于个体技术采纳的理论模型,“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)模型常用于组织技术采纳研究的理论模型。其中,影响个体技术采纳意愿的因素包括个体、技术和环境3个维度的13个前因变量,除感知风险之外,其余12个前因变量均显著;影响组织技术采纳意愿的因素包括组织、技术和环境3个维度的10个前因变量,除感知风险和组织规模之外,8个前因变量均显著。此外,性别仅在技术因素与技术采纳意愿之间起调节作用。结论系统归纳了技术采纳的研究成果,以期为未来的理论研究和人工智能技术推广提供有益借鉴。With the development of science and technology,AI technology has been widely adopted by individuals and organizations,making AI technology adoption research gradually gain attention from scholars.This paper adopts a meta-analytical approach,taking 113 independent samples from domestic and international countries for a total of 10 years from 2015 to 2024 as the research object,to systematically sort out and summarize the factors affecting the adoption of AI technology by individuals and organizations and their utility.The research results indicate as follows:The technology acceptance model(TAM)model and UTAUT(unified theory of acceptance and use of technology)model are commonly used as theoretical models for individual-level AI technology adoption research,and the“technology-organization-environment”(TOE)model is commonly used as a theoretical model for organizationallevel AI technology adoption research.In which,13 antecedent variables of the factors affecting the willingness to adopt technology at the individual level,including individual,technology,and environment dimensions,12 antecedent variables are significant except for perceived risk,while 10 antecedent variables of the factors affecting the willingness to adopt technology at the organizational level,including organizational,technological,and environmental dimensions,8 antecedent variables are significant except for perceived risk and organizational size.Besides,gender only plays a moderating role between technology factors and technology adoption intentions,while conclusions systematically summarize the research findings on technology adoption,with a view to providing useful lessons for future theoretical research and AI technology diffusion.
