摘  要:为探明不同采收期和日照长短对天平山淫羊藿种质的影响,收集种子后测定其种长、种宽、千粒重、含水量、染色率,并进行相关性和主成分分析。结果表明,在相同条件下,成熟晚期种子质量优于其他采收期的种子,其次是成熟中期种子,成熟早期种子质量最低;同时,林下短日照的种子质量优于林下长日照的种子。因此,在选择天平山淫羊藿种子进行繁育时,应优先选择林下成熟晚期且日照时长较短的种子作为种源。该研究为天平山淫羊藿种子的采集、筛选、繁育和破除休眠提供了可行的理论参考。In order to explore the effects of different harvesting periods and sunshine duration on the germplasm of Epimedium myrianthum Stearn,seeds were collected and the seed length,seed width,thousand-seed weight,moisture content,and staining rate were determined,followed by correlation and principal component analysis.The results showed that under the same conditions,the seed quality from late-maturity period was superior to that of seeds from other harvesting periods,the seeds from mid-maturity period had second best quality,and the seed quality from early-maturity period was the lowest.Additionally,the seeds from the forest understory with shorter sunshine duration had better quality than those from the forest understory with longer sunshine duration.Therefore,for the breeding of Epimedium myrianthum Stearn,seeds from the late-maturity period with shorter sunshine duration under forest understory should be prioritized as seed sources.This study provided a feasible theoretical reference for the collection,screening,breeding,and dormancy-breaking of Epimedium myrianthum Stearn seeds.
