摘 要:为充分利用纳米纤维材料的透气性和高比表面积,及异质结的高效界面电子传输特性,以实现在室温下对NO_(2)的有效检测,创新性地采用静电纺丝技术和水热法制备由TiO_(2)纳米纤维锚定SnS_(2)纳米片构成的复合纳米纤维材料。通过X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱手段对材料进行表征,并详细分析材料的气敏性能。结果表明,TiO_(2)/SnS_(2)气体传感器在室温下对10 mL/m^(3)NO_(2)气体展现出79.1%的高响应值,响应/恢复时间为120 s/350 s。此外,该传感器表现出优异的选择性,凸显其在NO_(2)气体检测领域的应用潜力。该研究为开发具备锚定异质结的复合纳米纤维材料提供了新策略,能够克服传统薄膜气体传感器的固有限制,并为应用在复杂、恶劣环境中的电子设备设计开辟了新路径。In order to fully utilize the air permeability and high specific surface area of the nanofiber material,as well as the efficient interfacial electron transfer characteristics of the heterojunctions,so as to achieve effective detection of NO_(2)at room temperature,a composite nanofiber material composed of SnS_(2)nanosheets anchored by TiO_(2)nanofibers was innovatively prepared by electrospinning technology and hydrothermal method.The material was characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and its gas sensing properties were investigated in detail.The results showed that the TiO_(2)/SnS_(2)gas sensor exhibited a high response value of 79.1%to 10 mL/m^(3) NO_(2)gas at room temperature,with the response/recovery time being 120 s/350 s.In addition,the sensor exhibited excellent selectivity,highlighting its potential application in NO_(2)gas detection.This study provided an innovative strategy for the development of composite nanofiber materials with anchored heterojunctions,which could overcome the inherent limitations of traditional thin-film gas sensors and opened up a new path for the design of electronic devices for applications in complex and harsh environments.
