基于扎根理论的“村超”经验价值与可持续发展研究

摘　　要：贵州“村超”作为乡村体育赛事的典型示范,在推动乡村振兴方面发挥了重要作用。通过文献资料、扎根理论及实地调查,研究认为“村超”现象背后蕴含着多方面的经验价值:以群众需求为主,充分发挥自治能力;以政府为引导,形成多元主体共治;以民族特色为核心,打造品牌项目IP;以传媒名人为媒介,提高热度与流量;以设施建设为基础,营造新风尚环境。为助推“村超”的高质量发展,研究提出以下路径:以人民为中心,强化主体治理地位;提升管理效能,构建多元协同体系;根植民族文化,助推产业融合发展;利用媒体名人效应,挖掘经济价值;健全基础保障体系,打造生态宜居美丽乡村。As a typical demonstration of rural sports events,the"Village Super League(VSL)"in Guizhou has played an important role in promoting rural revitalization.Based on documents,theories and field investigations,it is believed that the“VSL”phenomenon contains multiple experiential values:focusing on the needs of the masses and fully leverage autonomous capabilities,forming a multi-party co governance,building brand project IP with ethnic characteristics as the core,and using media to increase popularity.Based on facility construction,it will create a new trend environment.To promote its high-quality development,the following paths are proposed:putting the people at the center and strengthening the status of subject governance,improving management efficiency and building a diversified collaborative system,promoting industrial integration and development which are rooted in ethnic culture and utilizing the celebrity effect of media to explore economic value,establishing a sound basic security system and creating ecologically livable and beautiful rural.
