摘　　要：骨关节炎和肌少症同属于退行性肌肉骨骼疾病,二者具有的共同的致病机制和危险因素会加重彼此的发生发展,因而临床上常伴随发生。当骨关节炎合并肌少症时,临床表现更为复杂,治疗上便需综合考量,由于针对二者的药物研发目前处于前临床阶段,积极的预防干预措施便成了缓解病情的主要手段,通过早中期联合营养支持、运动干预和危险因素的控制等手段可有效打破这个恶性循环过程,而中晚期骨关节炎选择关节置换手术治疗时,围手术期对肌少症的关注和干预对预后也尤为重要。本文将从发病机制、危险因素、营养支持、运动干预、药物治疗、手术治疗等方面对骨关节炎合并肌少症的治疗进展进行梳理,以期为临床处理提供一定的指导。Osteoarthritis and sarcopenia both belong to degenerative musculoskeletal diseases,and their common pathogenic mechanisms and risk factors can exacerbate each other’s occurrence and development,so they often occur together in clinical practice.When osteoarthritis is combined with muscle atrophy,the clinical manifestations become more complex,and treatment needs to be comprehensively considered.As drug development for both is currently in the preclinical stage,active preventive interventions have become the main means of alleviating the condition.By combining early and mid stage nutritional support,exercise intervention,and control of risk factors,this vicious cycle can be effectively broken.When choosing joint replacement surgery for mid to late stage osteoarthritis,perioperative attention and intervention for muscle atrophy are particularly important for prognosis.This article will review the treatment progress of osteoarthritis combined with muscle atrophy from the aspects of pathogenesis,risk factors,nutritional support,exercise intervention,drug therapy,surgical treatment,etc.,in order to provide certain guidance for clinical management.
