摘 要:关于丹参和牡丹皮的抗衰老功效,目前已经有一些相关报道,丹参的水溶性成分丹酚酸B对紫外线照射引起的损伤有显著逆转作用,丹参提取物总丹酚酸抗衰老作用与其抗氧化活性有关;多糖对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基和羟基自由基具有清除作用,可以抗氧化、抗炎,能够改善微循环等多个方面的功效;丹参酮可清除羟自由基以及超氧阴离子且作用良好,丹参酮灌服有明显的抗衰老作用;丹参提取物具有抗氧化作用,体现在其能够改善衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。牡丹皮中的有效成分丹皮酚在抗衰老方面有一定作用,可抑制血管平滑肌细胞的衰老,其机制作用可能与调控沉默调节信息因子6/腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1信号通路相关。本文综述丹参和牡丹皮配伍抗衰老功效,希望对相关研究有所帮助。There have been some reports on the anti-aging effect of Salvia militiorrhiza and Paeonia suffruticosa.Salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly reverse the damage caused by ultraviolet irradiation.The anti-aging effect of the Salvia miltiorrhiza extract,total salvianolic acid,is related to its antioxidant activity.Polysaccharides have a certain scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine free radicals and hydroxyl radicals,which can be antioxidant a nd anti-inflammatory,improve the microcirculation and exert many other effects.Tanshinone can scavenge hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion with excellent effects,and its ministration has a significant anti-aging effect.The antioxidant effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract is reflected in its ability to improve the learning and memory abilities of aging mice.Regarding the antiaging effect of the active ingredient paeonol in Paeonia suffruticosa,the mechanism of inhibiting the aging of vascular smooth muscle cells may be related to the modulation of the silent information regulator 6/poly adenosine diphosphate ribose polymerase 1 signaling pathway.This article reviews the anti-aging effects of the combination of Salvia militiorrhiza and Paeonia suffruticosa.This review may be helpful for the study of the anti-aging effect of Salvia militiorrhiza and Paeonia suffruticosa.
