摘　　要：艾司氯胺酮是氯胺酮右旋异构体,凭借对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体等的高效亲和力与强大效价,展现出卓越的镇静、镇痛及抗抑郁等多重药理作用,且不良反应较少。在产科麻醉领域,小剂量艾司氯胺酮因其显著的临床疗效和良好的安全性,为产时及产后麻醉管理提供了新的药物选择方案。艾司氯胺酮的作用机制复杂而精细,不仅能有效缓解产妇分娩疼痛,还可减轻产妇焦虑,从而保障分娩过程平稳进行。本文系统阐述艾司氯胺酮的作用机制及其在产科麻醉中的具体应用,以期为产科麻醉的临床实践提供有价值的参考。Esketamine is the dextroisomer of ketamine.Its high affinity and strong titer to N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor show excellent multiple pharmacological effects such as sedation,analgesia and antidepressant,and there are few adverse reactions.In the field of obstetrical analgesia,low-dose esketamine provides a new drug choice for intrapartum and postpartum anesthesia because of its remarkable effectiveness and high safety.Its function mechanism is complex and fine,which can effectively relieve the pain and anxiety of parturient and ensure the smooth delivery process.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the function mechanism of esketamine and its specific application in obstetrical analgesia in order to provide valuable reference for clinical practice of obstetrical analgesia.
