摘 要:目的评价和分析细菌溶解产物联合麻杏石甘汤在儿童支气管肺炎治疗中的应用效果。方法收集2023年1月至2024年2月牡丹江市中医医院收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿。将所有患儿根据入院顺序随机分为细菌溶解产物组(33例)、麻杏石甘汤组(33例)、联合治疗组(34例)。比较三组治疗效果,于治疗前后抽取三组患儿静脉血检测血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平,记录自入院起三组患儿的临床症状持续时间、住院时间及抗菌药使用时间,记录三组患儿不良反应。结果治疗后,联合治疗组PCT、CRP和CK-MB水平均低于细菌溶解产物组、麻杏石甘汤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于细菌溶解产物组和麻杏石甘汤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患儿咳嗽、高热和X线片肺部炎症持续时间、住院时间以及抗菌药使用时间均明显低于细菌溶解产物组和麻杏石甘汤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物联合麻杏石甘汤在儿童支气管肺炎治疗效果明显,可提高患儿免疫力,改善血清PCT、CRP和CK-MB水平,缩短临床症状持续时间、抗菌药使用时间及住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate and analyze the therapeutic efficacy of bacterial lysate combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Mudanjiang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to February 2024 were collected.All children were randomly divided into the bacterial lysate group(n=33),the Maxing Shigan Decoction group(n=33)and the combined treatment group(n=34)according to the order of admission.The therapeutic efficacies of the 3 groups were compared.The levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB)were detected in the venous blood of the 3 groups before and after treatment.The duration of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and antibiotic use time of the 3 groups were recorded,and the adverse reactions(ADRs)were noted.Results After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP and CK-MB in the combined treatment group were all lower than those in the bacterial lysate group and the Maxing Shigan Decoction group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall response rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the bacterial lysate group and the Maxing Shigan Decoction group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The duration of cough,high fever,X-ray pulmonary inflammation,hospitalization time and antibiotic use time in the combined treatment group were all significantly lower than those in the bacterial lysate group and the Maxing Shigan Decoction group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacterial lysate combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction has obvious therapeutic efficacy on children’s bronchopneumonia,which can improve children’s immunity,improve serum PCT,CRP and CK-MB levels,shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,use time of antibacterial drugs and hospitalization time,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
