3D打印改良小夹板闭合穿针治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果观察

摘  要:目的分析中医手法复位闭合穿针联合3D打印改良小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月山东省聊城市中医医院骨伤科收治桡骨远端骨折患者60例,采用抽签方法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例,对照组采用传统夹板固定,试验组采用闭合穿针结合3D打印改良小夹板固定,比较两组患者GW评分、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩以及肿胀消退情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组在GW评分、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩、肿胀消退时间上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合穿针结合3D打印改良小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,能更快地缓解肿胀,改善腕关节功能。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)manual reduction and closed intramedullary nailing combined with 3D printing modified small plate fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to and treated in the Department of Orthopedics of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Liaocheng City from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)by randomly drawing lots method.The control group was fixed with conventional plates,while the experim ental group was fixed with closed intramedullary nailing combined with 3D printing modified small plates.The Glasgow-Werley(GW)score,palmar tilt,ulnar variance,radial shortening and swelling regression of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in palmar tilt,ulnar variance,radial height between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in GW score,palmar tilt,ulnar variance,radial shortening and swelling regression time,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion If closed intramedullary nailing combined with 3D printing modified small plate fixation is used in the treatment of distal radius fracture,it can relieve swelling and improve wrist function more quickly.
