摘  要:目的探讨Mimics软件系统行三维计算机断层扫描胸腰段椎体成像模型(3D-CTTVBIM)指导经皮脊柱微创内固定术的临床效果。方法回顾性纳入2020年1至2023年12月在内蒙古医科大学第二附属医院行经皮脊柱微创内固定术的52例患者为研究对象,分为研究组(n=37,采用Mimics软件进行三维重建指导)与对照组(n=15,未进行三维重建),比较并分析两组患者的临床资料。结果研究组手术时长、手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量、术前6钉穿刺定位次数以及术前6钉穿刺透视次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术前后Cobb角差值高于对照组,且置钉良品率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用Mimics软件制作3D-CTTVBIM指导经皮脊柱微创内固定术,能精准识别胸腰段椎体结构,优化手术流程,提高手术效率和置钉良品率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous spinal internal fixation guided by three-dimensional computed tomography thoracolumbar vertebral body imaging model(3D-CTTVBIM)with Mimics software system.Methods A total of 52 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous spinal internal fixation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively enrolled as the research objective.They were divided into the study group(n=37,3D reconstruction guided by Mimics software)and the control group(n=15,without 3D reconstruction).The clinical data of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation duration,incision length,intraoperative hemorrhage volume,postoperative drainage volume,preoperative 6-nail puncture positioning times and preoperative 6-nail puncture fluoroscopy times in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before and after operation,the difference of Cobb angle in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the yield of nail placement was superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous spinal internal fixation guided by 3D-CTTVBIM with Mimics software system can accurately identify the structure of thoracolumbar vertebral body,optimize the operation process,and improve the operation efficiency and the yield of nail placement.
