摘　　要：目的探讨链式质控对中心药房麻醉药品管理的作用价值。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月在苏州市中医医院药学部中心药房工作的22名工作人员作为研究对象。比较实施链式质控管理前后的工作效率、工作质量、处方调剂出错情况、医护人员满意度。结果实施后护士取药等候用时、单张处方调剂用时更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后药品质变、损坏、盘点错误情况更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后处方调剂名称出错、规格出错、数量出错、剂型出错情况更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后整体满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后总满意度(95.45%)较实施前(77.27%)更高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论链式质控管理可提升中心药房麻醉药品管理的工作效率和工作质量,减少处方调剂出错的发生,提升医护人员整体满意度。Objective To investigate the significance of quality control of chain mode in the management of narcotic drugs in central pharmacy.Methods A total of 22 staff members working in the central pharmacy of the Department of Pharmacy of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The work efficiency,work quality,errors in prescription dispensing and satisfaction of medical staff before and after the implementation of management of quality control of chain mode were compared.Results After implementation,the waiting time for nurses to take medicine was less than that before implementation,and the time for dispensing single prescription was less than that before implementation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After implementation,there were fewer situations of drug quality deterioration,damage and inventory errors,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After implementation,there were fewer situations of mistakes in prescription dispensing name,specification,quantity and dosage form,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the overall satisfaction rate after implementation was 95.45%higher than 77.27%before implementation,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Management of quality control of chain mode can improve the work efficiency and work quality of narcotic drugs management in central pharmacy,reduce the occurrence of errors of prescription dispensing and improve the overall satisfaction of medical staff.
