摘　　要：目的应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),对邓成珊名中医治疗淋巴瘤的组方规律和用药特点进行分析,旨在为中医药治疗淋巴瘤提供新的方向。方法通过对2019年1月1日—2021年10月31日在中国中医学科学院西苑医院经邓成珊主任问诊开方治疗的淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。期间邓成珊主任共为淋巴瘤患者开具治疗处方150首。将组方药物信息录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行统计分析,总结并分析其方剂中的中药药味、药性、作用归经、药物出现的频率等相关数据。结果常用中医药物有熟地黄、酒萸肉、山药、土茯苓、金银花、半枝莲、莪术、山慈菇、白花蛇舌草等;四气五味分布中,寒性>平性>温性>凉性>热性,甘味>苦味>辛味>酸味>咸味;药物归经分布中,肝经>肺经>脾经>肾经>胃经>心经;核心药物组合中多见酒萸肉、山药等药物与熟地黄相关联。结论经中医传承辅助系统分析,邓成珊主任治疗淋巴瘤的中医用药规律主要以“清热解毒兼以温补”为法,以“扶正祛邪兼顾调和”为治疗原则。Objective To analyze the prescription rules and medication characteristics of DENG Chengshan traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lymphoma used the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS,V2.5),aiming to provide a new direction for TCM treatment of lymphoma.Methods Through retrospective analysis of lymphoma patients treated by director DENG Chengshan in Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 1,2019 to October 31,2021,as research objects,during which director DENG Chengshan issued a total of 150 treatment prescriptions for lymphoma patients.The information of the prescription drugs was entered into the TCMISS(V2.5)for statistical analysis,and the relevant data of the traditional Chinese medicine taste,drug property,effect normalization and drug occurrence frequency in the prescription were summarized and analyzed.Results Traditional Chinese medicine commonly used include Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Corni,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae,Herba Scutellariae Barbatae,Rhizoma Curcumae,Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae,and Herba Hedyotis Diffusae.In the distribution of four natures and five flavors,Cold>Neutral>Warm>Cool>Hot,Sweet>Bitter>Pungent>Sour>Salty.The distribution of drugs was Liver Meridian>Lung Meridian>Spleen Meridian>Kidney Meridian>Stomach Meridian>Heart Meridian.In the core drug combination,many drugs such as cornus officinalis and yam were associated with cooked rehmannia.Conclusion Analysis through TCMISS reveals that director Deng Chengshan′s traditional Chinese medicine prescribing patterns for lymphoma treatment primarily follow the method of"clearing heat and detoxifying while simultaneously warming and supplementing",with the therapeutic principle of"supporting the righteous while eliminating the evil,while also considering harmonization".
