摘 要:糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病常见的心血管疾病并发症之一,表现为心脏结构和功能异常,引起心室重塑,最终导致心力衰竭。环状RNA具有稳定性、广泛存在、高度进化保守性、组织特异性等生物学特性。越来越多证据表明环状RNA在糖尿病心肌病发病机制中起着关键作用。该研究综述了环状RNA的合成机制、生物学功能及在糖尿病心肌病心室重塑中的作用,希望为糖尿病心肌病的临床治疗提供新的思路。Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the common cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus.It is characterized by structural and functional abnormalities of the heart,which cause ventricular remodeling and eventually lead to heart failure.CircRNA has biological characteristics such as stability,widespread existence,high evolutionary conservation,and tissue specificity.Currently,more and more evidence shows that circRNA plays a key role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.This article reviewed the synthetic mechanism,biological function and role of circRNA in ventricular remodeling for diabetic cardiomyopathy,hoping to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
