摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出神曲的功效主要为健脾和胃、消食调中;症靶为食积。现代药理研究发现,神曲及其有效成分具有增强胃肠动力、改善肠道菌群紊乱、抗炎、抑菌、降脂、降糖和预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。在临床应用经验与使用注意事项中,脾阴虚,胃火盛者不宜用神曲,孕妇应当谨慎使用,且与山豆根、红霉素等药物不宜同时使用。临床使用神曲煎服剂量为5~15 g。Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that medicated leaven mainly has the effects of invigorating spleen for harmonizing stomach,and promoting digestion and regulating middle jiao.The symptom target is dyspepsia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that medicated leaven and its active ingredients have effects of enhancing gastrointestinal motility,improving intestinal flora disorders,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,lowering blood lipids,reducing blood sugar level,and preventing atherosclerosis.In the clinical application experience and precautions for use,this product should not be used for those with deficiency of spleen yin,and exuberance of stomach fire.Pregnant women should use it with caution.It should not be used simultaneously with drugs such as vietnamese sophora root and erythromycin.The clinical dosage is 5-15g.
