摘  要:克罗恩病是临床上的疑难病种,患病率逐年攀升。国医大师王庆国教授治疗克罗恩病经验丰富,王老认为,克罗恩病主要分为两种证型,一种为湿热瘀血,肾阳亏虚证;一种为肝郁脾寒证。前者应以养血活血,清利湿热,补肾消痈为法,方选援绝神丹合薏苡附子败酱散加减;后者以疏肝解郁,温补脾阳,除聚消痈为法,方选柴胡桂枝干姜汤。此外,必要时应内外合治,合用“灌肠方”进行外治,可有效提高临床疗效。Crohn's disease(CD)is a clinically difficult disease with a rising incidence year by year.Professor Wang Qingguo,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has rich experience in treating Crohn's disease.Professor Wang believes that Crohn's disease is mainly divided into two types of syndromes,one is dampness-heat and blood stasis,and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,and the other is syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen cold.The former should be based on nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,clearing dampness-heat,tonifying kidney and eliminating carbuncle,and the prescription selected is modified Yuanjueshen Dan and Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder.The latter should be based on dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,warmly invigorating spleen yang,removing stagnation and eliminating carbuncle,and the prescription selected is Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.In addition,when necessary,internal and external treatment should be combined,and the"enema formula"should be used in combination for external treatment,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
