摘  要:为了满足环保和经济需求,生产低烯烃含量的清洁汽油成为石化行业转型升级的关键。针对国内炼化行业发展状况,综述了国内常见的汽油降烯烃方法,如控制催化裂化原料和工艺条件、采用降烯烃催化剂和催化裂化技术以及进行汽油后处理(如加氢精制、醚化技术、芳构化技术和溶剂萃取法)等,重点介绍了溶剂萃取法的工艺、萃取剂及萃取机理。溶剂萃取法能够回收汽油中的烯烃,用于生产其他高附加值产品,对石化行业产品结构调整和实现“减油增化”目标具有重要意义。In order to meet the needs of environmental protection and economy,the production of clean gasoline with a low olefin content has become the key to the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry.In view of the development of domestic refining and chemical industry,we review the common methods of gasoline olefin reduction in China,such as controlling raw materials and process conditions of catalytic cracking,using olefin reduction catalyst and catalytic cracking technology,and gasoline post-treatment(such as hydrofining,etherification technology,aromatization technology,and solvent extraction).We emphatically introduce the process,extractants,and extraction mechanism of solvent extraction method.The solvent extraction method can be utilized to recover olefin from gasoline for the production of other high value-added products,which is of great significance for the adjustment of the product structure of the petrochemical industry,and the achievement of the goal of"oil reduction and chemicals increase".
