摘  要:采用水热法制备了3种不同形貌的Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm上转换纳米材料,随后原位负载光敏剂部花青(MC540),制备了Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540上转换纳米材料,通过XRD、FTIR和SEM等对Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm上转换纳米材料的晶相、表面基团和形貌进行了表征,研究了Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540上转换纳米材料的光动力抗肿瘤性能。结果表明,Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm上转换纳米材料的荧光光谱与MC540的紫外可见吸收光谱匹配良好;在980 nm激光照射下,Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm上转换纳米材料发出的蓝色荧光可以有效激发MC540产生活性氧;3种不同形貌的Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540上转换纳米材料均可对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7造成杀伤。We firstly prepared three kinds of Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm up-conversion nanomaterials with different morphologies by a hydrothermal method,then prepared Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540 up-conversion nanomaterials by loading partial cyanine(MC540)photosensitizer in situ.Moreover,we characterized the crystal phase,surface groups,and morphology of Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm up-conversion nanomaterials by XRD,FTIR,and SEM,and studied the photodynamic anti-tumor performance of Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540 up-conversion nanomaterials.The results show that the fluorescence spectrum of Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm up-conversion nanomaterials matches well with the UVvisible absorption spectrum of MC540.Under 980 nm laser irradiation,the blue fluorescence emitted by Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm up-conversion nanomaterials can effectively stimulate MC540 to produce reactive oxygen species.In addition,three kinds of Lu_(2)O_(3):Yb,Tm/MC540 up-conversion nanomaterials with different morphologies can effectively kill human breast cancer cells MCF-7.
