摘  要:以脂肪胺正丁胺(BA)或正十二胺(DA)为疏水改性剂,通过溶剂热法制备了疏水MnO_(x)低温脱硝催化剂Mn(BA/STR)、Mn(DA/STR),通过BET、FTIR、XRD、SEM、DSC等对其进行了表征,研究了温度、空速、H_(2)O含量对催化剂低温脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,Mn(BA/STR)的水接触角(WCA)为145°,是一种疏水材料;Mn(BA/STR)呈纳米棒状结构,表面存在脂肪胺,具有优异的疏水性;相较于Mn(DA/STR),Mn(BA/STR)的低温脱硝性能更优,且具有良好的抗水性能。Taking fatty amine n-butylamine(BA)or n-dodecylamine(DA)as hydrophobic modifiers,we prepared hydrophobic MnO_(x) low-temperature denitrification catalysts Mn(BA/STR)and Mn(DA/STR)by a solvothermal method.Moreover,we characterized the catalysts by BET,FTIR,XRD,SEM,and DSC.Furthermore,we studied the effects of temperature,space velocity,and H_(2)O content on the low-temperature denitrification performance of the catalysts.The results show that Mn(BA/STR)has a water contact angle(WCA)of 145°,which is a hydrophobic material.Mn(BA/STR)has a nanorod-like structure with fatty amines on its surface,which makes it have excellent hydrophobicity.Compared with Mn(DA/STR),Mn(BA/STR)has better lowtemperature denitrification performance,and it has good water resistance.
