数字经济赋能中国式农业农村现代化的机制和作用路径

摘　　要：中国式农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的重要内容,数字经济为实现中国式农业农村现代化提供了重要的发展机遇。构建数字经济和中国式农业农村现代化评价指标体系,运用fsQCA和NCA联动效应分析,从信息化水平、互联网基础、数字产业水平3个视角探究数字经济赋能中国式农业农村现代化的机制和作用路径。结果表明:数字经济对中国式农业农村现代化有显著的促进作用,并且能够通过控制变量和稳健性检验;信息化水平、互联网基础、数字产业水平等条件“多重并发”形成的促进中国式农业农村现代化的组态模式,具有明显的“殊途同归”特点;数字经济通过信息化引领型路径、信息化-互联网-数字产业多因素推动型路径、数字产业主导型路径、移动端互联网带动型路径、信息化-互联网双轮驱动型路径5条组态路径赋能中国式农业农村现代化。为此,应努力增加适合农村数字经济背景下的非农就业机会,逐步构建功能完善的城乡金融一体化平台,持续发挥数字经济对中国式农业农村现代化的助力作用。Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization is an important part of Chinese path to modernization,and the development of digital economy provides a major opportunity for Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.By building an evaluation index system for digital economy and Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,and adopting the fsQCA and NCA linkage effect analysis,this paper explores the mechanism and paths of digital economy empowering Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization from three perspectives,i.e.informatization level,Internet foundation,and digital industry development.The results show that the digital economy significantly promotes Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,and this effect proves valid through control variables and robustness tests;The configuration mode formed by the“multiple concurrent”conditions of informatization level,Internet foundation,and digital industry development exhibits obvious“equifinality”feature in promoting Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization;The digital economy enables Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization through five configuration paths:informatization-led,multi-factor driven(informatization-Internet-digital industry),digital industry-dominated,mobile internet-driven,and dual-wheel driving(informatization-Internet).Our analysis shows that efforts should be made to increase non-agricultural employment opportunities suitable for the rural digital economy context,gradually build a fully functional urban-rural financial integration platform,and continuously leverage the digital economy’s role in advancing Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.
