摘  要:结合燃煤锅炉房煤改气改造工程实例,对烟气换热装置(分别采用间壁式换热器、喷淋塔)+直燃型吸收式热泵的烟气余热深度回收技术方案进行介绍,测试燃气锅炉热效率、热泵系统制热性能系数。燃气锅炉热效率在95%以上,热泵系统制热性能系数在1.5及以上,节能效果理想。与间壁式换热器相比,烟气换热装置采用喷淋塔时热泵系统制热性能系数更高。烟气换热装置推荐采用喷淋塔。Combined with the example of coal-to-gas transformation project in a coal-fired boiler room,the technical scheme of flue gas waste heat deep recovery of flue gas heat exchange device(using surface-type heat exchanger and spray tower respectively)+direct-fired absorption heat pump is introduced,and the thermal efficiency of gas boiler and heating perfor-mance coefficient of heat pump system are tested.The thermal efficiency of the gas boiler is over 95%,and the heating performance coefficient of heat pump systems is 1.5 or above,with ideal energy-saving effects.Compared with the surface-type heat exchanger,the heating performance coefficient of the heat pump system is higher when the flue gas heat exchange device adopts a spray tower.It is recommended to use a spray tower for the flue gas heat exchange device.
