摘  要:将北京某高校数据机房作为研究对象,对机架热环境进行现场测试和评价。建立机架气流组织模型,探讨目标机架合理的IT设备安装方案、穿孔地板开孔率,分析穿孔地板送风量不平衡对目标机架内IT设备冷却效果的影响。机架热环境评价结果:机架整体进风状况和热环境良好,存在出现热点的概率。应采取长IT设备集中安装在机架上部、短IT设备集中安装在机架下部的安装方案。综合节能及冷却效果,穿孔地板合理的开孔率为30%。应合理布置机房架空地板层内管线,避免因阻塞穿孔地板导致送风不平衡率增大而出现机架局部热点。The data room of a university in Beijing is taken as the research object to conduct on‑site test and evaluate the thermal environment of the rack.The airflow organization model of the rack is established,the reasonable installation scheme of IT equipment of the target rack and the opening rate of the perforated floor are discussed,and the influence of the unbalanced air supply volume of the perforated floor on the cooling effect of the IT equipment in the target rack is analyzed.The thermal environment evaluation result of the rack:The overall air intake condition and thermal environment of the rack are good,and there is a probability of hot spots appearing.The installation scheme should adopt a centralized installation of long IT equipment on the upper part of the rack and a centralized installation of short IT equipment on the lower part of the rack.Based on comprehensive energy saving and cooling effects,the reasonable opening rate of the perforated floor is 30%.The pipeline inside the elevated floor layer of the computer room should be reasonably arranged to avoid local hot spots in the rack due to the increase of the air supply imbalance rate caused by blocking the perforated floor.
