城镇燃气用钢管相关问题探讨

摘　　要：分析现行标准对厂站用钢管管型、输送用钢管交货状态的要求,考虑管材执行标准、管道设计压力、管径、经济性及监管要求等,给出燃气厂站用钢管管型选择建议。结合钢的热处理方式和城镇燃气输送特性,提出输送用钢管的交货状态选择建议。The requirements of current standards for steel pipe types for station use,and the delivery status of steel pipes for transportation are analyzed.Taking into account pipe materials execution standards,pipeline design pressure,pipe diameter,economy and regulatory requirements,suggestions for the selection of steel pipe types for gas station use are given.Combined with the heat treatment method of steel and the characteristics of urban gas transportation,suggestions for selecting the delivery status of steel pipes for transportation are proposed.
