摘　　要：对燃气高压管道小型定向钻段合并至所在线路整体试压的可行性进行分析。穿越段回拖前后试压是为了检验管段穿越前后质量,存在增加施工复杂程度、反复加压多次、地面试压风险大等问题。根据管材事故统计,有针对性地合理选材,管材发生事故的概率极低。根据焊接事故及缺陷统计,高钢级管道缺陷多发于变壁厚、内补焊内返修、连头焊口,这些焊口在城镇燃气高压管道小型定向钻穿越段均不存在。城镇燃气高压管道焊接质量外观检查与内部检验标准更严格,焊接质量得到进一步保障。对DN 400 mm以下、穿越长度400 m、深度20 m的定向钻穿越管段回拖过程应力、稳定性进行计算,结果表明均有较高安全余量。城镇燃气高压管道小型定向钻穿越段合并至所在线路整体试压是可行的,可不进行回拖前强度试验、回拖后严密性试验。The feasibility of combining small directional drilling sections of gas high pressure pipeline into the D/mm overall pressure test of the line is analyzed.The pressure test before and after the pullback of the crossing section is to inspect the quality of the pipeline section before and after crossing.There are problems such as increased construction complexity,repeated pressurization,and high risk of ground pressure testing.According to the statistics of pipe accidents,the probability of pipe accidents is extremely low when selecting materials in a targeted and reasonable manner.According to statistics on welding accidents and defects,defects in high‑grade steel pipelines often occur in areas such as variable wall thickness,internal repair welding and joint welding.These welding joints do not exist in small directional drilling sections of urban gas high‑pressure pipelines.The appearance inspection and internal inspection standards for welding quality of urban gas high‑pressure pipelines are stricter,and the welding quality is further guaranteed.The stress and stability during the pullback process of the directional drilling crossing pipeline section with DN 400 mm,crossing length 400 m,and depth 20 m are calculated,and the results show that there is a high safety margin.It is feasible to combine the small directional drilling crossing section of the urban gas high‑pressure pipeline into the overall pressure test of the line,without conducting the strength test before pullback and the tightness test after pullback.
