摘 要:土石混合体是常见的山区公路填筑材料,确定最优的土石混合体碾压方式是路基质量的重要保障。该文基于室内大型三轴剪切试验结果,结合颗粒流软件构建土石混合体离散元模型,提出最小孔隙率相等原则下的缩尺碾轮等效荷载确定方法,采用数值模拟并结合现场试验结果分析碾压过程中颗粒的运动规律及压实机理。研究结果表明:土石混合体的铺设厚度与沉降率非正相关,现场土石混合体在振动碾压遍数6~8遍、铺设厚度为50 cm时压实效果最佳。离散元模拟为土石混合体碾压过程中宏观参数的变化规律提供了可视化分析途径,为确定现场碾压施工参数提供依据。Soil-rock mixture is a common fill material for mountainous highways,and determining the optimal soil-rock mixture rolling method is an important guarantee for the quality of the roadbed.Based on the indoor large-scale triaxial shear test results,combined with particle flow software,a discrete element model of soil-rock mixture is constructed.A method for determining the equivalent load of a scaled roller under the principle of equal minimum porosity is proposed,and numerical simulation and on-site test results are used to analyze the movement law and compaction mechanism of particles during compaction.The research results indicate that there is a non-positive correlation between the laying thickness and settlement rate of soil rock mixtures.The best compaction effect of on-site soil rock mixtures is achieved when the vibration compaction passes 6-8 times and the laying thickness is 50 cm.Discrete element simulation provides a visual analysis approach for the changes in macroscopic parameters during the compaction process of soil rock mixtures,and provides a basis for determining on-site compaction construction parameters.
