产业融合视域下大学城体育产业新功能外延探索、困境与路径分析

摘　　要：产业融合发展是有效联通区域经济流动、深度分化产业协作、均衡公共服务水平、支撑基础设施共享,充分发挥各主体协同互补性、创新性、成长性等特征的一种产业创新模式。运用文献资料、系统分析、归纳演绎等方法,探索在政府、社会、高校等多领域共同参与下,大学城体育产业融合发展的功能外延、现实困境和发展路径。研究认为,产业融合视域下体育与医疗、旅游、公共服务等产业的融合发展,催动大学城体育产业显现公共应急防控体系、体育文化城市经济圈、体育服务综合体等新功能外延。但面临应急防控体系改建技术不成熟、体育产业链延伸不够、体育服务综合体实践经验不足等现实困境。基于此,建议依托大学城社会化改革,地方政府角色新定位;完善基础管理模式,体育资源共享新方式;丰富多项赛事参与,体育经济模式新挖掘;建筑功能多方位考量,公共卫生设施新改造,构建完备的大学城产业融合发展体系。Industrial integrated development is an industrial innovation mode that effectively connects regional economic flow,deeply divides industrial cooperation,balances the level of public services,supports infrastructure sharing,and gives full play to the characteristics of collaborative complementarity,innovation and growth of various subjects.By means of literature,systematic analysis,induction and deduction,exploring the functional extension,practical dilemma and development path of the integrated development of the sports industry in the university town under the joint participation of the government,society,universities and other fields.It is believed that the research shows that the integrated development of sports,medical treatment,tourism,public service and other industries under the perspective of industrial integration drives the sports industry in the university town to show the new extension of functions such as public emergency prevention and control system,sports culture city economic circle and sports service complex.However,it is faced with practical difficulties such as immature reconstruction technology of emergency prevention and control system,insufficient extension of sports industry chain,and lack of practical experience of sports service complex.Based on this,it is suggested to rely on the socialization reform of the university town,the new role of local government;improve the basic management mode,the new way of sharing sports resources;enrich the participation of many events,the new exploration of sports economic mode,the new transformation of public health facilities,and build a complete industrial integration development system of the university town.
